Responsible movement of value
TransGuard Express provides the secure transportation of high-value items. We operate within the framework of anti-money laundering, sanctions, and dangerous-goods regulations that apply in every jurisdiction we serve. Where a movement would risk breaching those frameworks, we decline it.
Identity, ownership & provenance
Before any engagement is accepted we require verification of identity and, where appropriate, evidence of ownership or provenance of the asset to be transported. We may require this documentation before collection and at any later stage of the engagement.
Anti-money laundering
We apply risk-based due diligence in line with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing legislation. Transactions that cannot be satisfactorily explained or evidenced are not undertaken.
Sanctions
We screen parties to every engagement against applicable sanctions lists. We will not move items for, from, to, or through sanctioned persons, entities or territories where prohibited.
Prohibited & regulated goods
We do not transport counterfeit goods, illegal substances, weapons (except where separately and lawfully licensed and agreed), or items of unlawful origin. Regulated items — including certain precious metals, gemstones and artworks — are carried only with complete and verifiable documentation.
Confidentiality and reporting
Confidentiality obligations are honoured to the fullest extent permitted by law. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect unlawful activity, we may be obliged to report to the relevant authorities without disclosing that to you.
Cooperation with authorities
TransGuard Express cooperates with lawful requests from regulators, customs and law enforcement. Our staff portals and audit systems are designed to preserve an accountable record of each engagement.
Important: Our services are never offered as a means to transport cash or valuables anonymously or to evade regulation, taxation or lawful oversight. Clients seeking such arrangements will be declined.
